Pier Paolo Pasolini (Bologna, 1922, Ostia, Roma, 1975). Film director, poet, polemicist, ciritc. He made of his cultural, moral and sexual “diversity” the poetics of his cinema. Amongst his movies Accattone (1961), The Gospel According to St. Matthew (1964), The Hawks and the Sparrows (1966), Decameron (1970), Salò or the 120 days of Sodom (1975).
