The book, edited in 1996 by me and Giovanni Spagnoletti analyzes through many essays by young film critics all the filmmakers that renewed and revolutionized the American film industry starting as underground filmmakers: from Cassavetes to Scorsese to Coppola and many others, the rise of a new generation that changed forever our way of thinking Hollywood.
